We do not retain or use any elements that could identify individuals faces or personal characteristics. Uploaded Photos. When you use the Apps restoration service, you will upload photos including old, damaged, or blurry photos to our servers. These photos are used solely for applying AI-powered enhancement, such as improving clarity, repairing scratches, restoring details, and adding natural color if you select the coloring feature. Consistent with our policy, we do not collect or store any facial recognition data or portrait privacy information from these photos.

If you choose to contact us for support or provide feedback for example via the in-app contact form or email, we may collect your email address and any information you include in your message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiries, address your concerns, and improve the App based on your suggestions.

Uploaded Photos. Original and processed photos are retained only for the duration of the restoration process. Once the restored photo is delivered to you and made available for you to save or share, both the original and processed versions are immediately deleted from our servers. We do not store any photos permanently, and no facial recognition data or portrait privacy information is retained at any time.
Support And Feedback Information. If you contact us for support, we may retain your email address and message content for a reasonable period to ensure we can follow up on your inquiry and maintain a record of customer interactions. This information is deleted once it is no longer necessary for these purposes.

Uploaded Photos. You choose which photos to upload, and once the restoration process is complete, the photos are deleted from our servers. You can save the restored photo to your device or share it via other platforms at your discretion.
Support Information. If you have previously contacted us for support, you can request that we delete your email address and message content by contacting us at the email address provided below.
Opt-Out Of Usage Data Collection. While usage data is anonymous, if you wish to opt out of the collection of non-essential usage data, you can do so by adjusting your device settings for example disabling app analytics in your iOS settings or by contacting us directly.
Childrens Privacy
Fixoldpic is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from an individual under 18, we will immediately delete that information from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App and provided information to us, please contact us at the email address below to request the deletion of such information.
